Catherine Rowe
Catherine has painted all her life, encouraged by her father Derek who is an accomplished watercolour artist in the UK. Catherine is part of SLACKO’s (South Lake’s Art and Cultural Society), a community art society, and paints with a group every week. Catherine and the group are working towards a more permanent home for art within the south lake area. Catherine works as an acupuncturist in Sydney and Dora Creek, and is a registered nurse at Bayside.
Catherine’s work is mostly acrylics and watercolour but she enjoys oils, drawing, loves silversmithing and copperplate calligraphy.
