Temporary change to operations

Due to major demolition works at Awaba House MAC yapang and Three Bears Cafe will closed from 9-13 September, and 16-20 September. The art museum and cafe will operate as normal on weekends (9am-3pm Saturday and Sunday) and weekend events will continue as planned.

Getting Here

The Museum of Art and Culture, yapang is located at the end of First Street, Booragul, on the edge of Lake Macquarie. We can be reached easily from the lake foreshore cycleway, the water, or by public transport. Ample car parking is adjacent to Hunter Rowing Club.
