Claire has been working in my ceramic practice for more than forty years, teaching in TAFE
colleges in Sydney and Mudgee and many more.
She has a Grad. Dip. from Monash University and Post Gad. from Jaipur India.Claire enjoys giving workshops and demonstrations .
Claire works mostly with porcelain clay. She uses the soft slab technique, rolling very thin slabs, painting with slips coloured with ceramic stains, cutting and forming into different sizes and shapes. They are fired in a gas kiln to 1240 deg.
