Calling all Lake Macquarie musicians, bands and live music venues!

Lake Macquarie City Council, in partnership with the Live Music Office and APRA AMCOS, has launched the new Lake Mac Live and Local program.

Live and Local is open to all Lake Mac locals, from emerging bands to established musicians, as well as live music venues or any business interested in programming music in the region.

The program will include:

  • A live music industry forum
  • Live music performances, including micro festivals
  • Industry-led professional development opportunities
  • Development of a Lake Macquarie Creative Business Directory

How to get involved

Lake Macquarie Creative Business Directory

The Creative Business Directory is free and allows artists, creatives and performers to connect with the Lake Macquarie community.

Musicians, bands and live music venues are encouraged to create a listing, helping the community to connect, program and book local live music.
