Lynda Smith
From a young age, Lynda has been passionate about art, she taught ceramics/pottery at evening college two nights a week while her children were young. After a few years of teaching, Lynda felt the need to explore more studies, so she enrolled in university as a mature age student which led her to explore art more seriously. Lynda studied ceramics, oil and acrylic painting, sculpture, photography, art history and sociology, she gained a Bachelor of Arts, then to further her studies achieved a Diploma of Education and finished off her studies with a Diploma in Counselling. Lynda has taught both Primary and Secondary school students for many years, various subjects. Since retiring art her family has become her main focus.
Lynda primarily uses acrylic paint, oil paint, pencils and water colour.
