Join practicing artist Lou Lou Rose, for an introduction to the beautiful medium of watercolour painting.

An introduction to the beautiful medium of watercolour painting using expressive abstractionism. No prior knowledge is necessary and all experience levels are catered for.

You will:

  • Learn the basics of watercolour painting & elementary drawing techniques.
  • Learn the importance of composition, tone, form, colour, balance and contrast to achieve a highly successful artwork.
  • Have fun, play with colour, create and at the same time learn to focus and meditate whilst working.

This is more than an art workshop; it is also about personal wellness and wellbeing. Connect to other like-minded creatives in a safe and inclusive enviroment and make new connections.

About the Artist

Lou Lou Rose is a local artist who moved to the beautiful Hunter Valley Region in 2015, with a vision of slowing down and teaching what she loves: Art. Lou Lou is a professional and practicing artist who will guide you on your creative journey. Drawing upon her extensive experience as a Secondary Teacher of over 25 years, she will give you the necessary knowledge to create your artwork to take home and treasure.
