Young Playwrights workshop 'Unlocking the Local'

Tantrum is proud to present this introduction to playwriting from Griffin Theatre Company - Australia's leading new writing theatre. The workshop is free and open to 15 young writers in years 10-12 in 2023.

Learn the basics of playwriting craft and storytelling from some of Australia's most exciting writers.

Workshop attendees will write a five-minute scene drawing from their own experience as young people living regionally and building a dramatic landscape together to create a living world.
