Janelle Cookson

Janelle works with acrylics, inks, mixed media and pencil. She enjoys painting anything and everything, painting almost daily in different medium and styles.

She has exhibited in Newcastle Art Society, John Hunter Hospital, Hunter Arts Network Art Bazaars and markets.

Her art process involves taking photos before she paints, taking inspiration from animals and wildlife, using mainly acrylics on canvas or wood. She also makes cards using inks, die cuts, stencils and 3D elements.
